The President and Founder of Ughelli Rovers Football Club, Mr. Oke Umurhohwo, Managements and staff, yesterday, congratulated their own, Hon. Godwin Adode (aka Coach Tete) on his emergence as Chairman, Delta Football Association, DFA.
Mr. Oke Umurhohwo while speaking to newsmen after the elections, expressed explicit confidence that with Adode’s wealth of experience and leadership skills, he will bring about MORE positive development to the Delta State Football Association.
Umurhohwo who described Hon. Godwin Adode’s emergence at the election as a testament of his dedication and commitment to the growth of sports in Delta state, said there is no doubt that his tenure as chairman will turn around footballing activities in Delta state.
Speaking further, the President and Founder of Ughelli Rovers Football Club said, “We are looking forward to establishing a strong partnership with the Delta state Football Association under your leadership and to ensure that we work together for the advancement of Delta State.
“While we wish you the best on your new assignment as the chairman of the Delta Football Association, we hope for a better future and collaboration between Ughelli Rovers Football Club and Delta Football Association for the overall development of Deltans.
“It is our prayers that God almighty will continue to guide, protect and direct you in every path you will take that will bring success not only to Delta State and but for the betterment of all Deltans at all levels of sports.”
